Cancel Reality Kings through the official portal
Reality Kings runs customer support on a dedicated support site. Its billing page has a Cancel button labeled “Manage memberships and add-ons”, which opens the membership management portal. Log in there, choose the membership you want to end and follow the prompts. The portal is a login-protected app, so we could not view its individual screens and the exact labels may differ slightly.
Make sure every item is canceled, not just the main plan. Probiller’s FAQ notes that people sometimes keep being charged because additional membership packages selected at sign-up were never canceled.
Identify the billing company on your statement
Reality Kings says billing is discreet: your statement will not match the site name and instead shows the name of its billing processing company. Your welcome email from sign-up names that company, so search your inbox and spam folder for it.
The Reality Kings support site lists Aylo Billing US Corp. and Aylo Billing Limited as the processors. Probiller’s website names the same two companies in its footer, and Probiller says charges appear with “Probiller.com” in the statement description. If that is what you see, our Probiller cancellation guide explains the biller’s own process step by step.
Other ways to cancel: chat, email and Probiller support
On the Reality Kings billing support page you can start a live chat or send an email form. Hours are listed as Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST at the time of writing. In the form, choose “I want to cancel my membership”, or “I have charges I’m not familiar with” if you do not recognize a charge.
You can also go straight to the biller. Probiller says its agents can stop recurring memberships directly by phone, chat or email on the same weekday hours and lists +1-855-232-9550 for the US and Canada; see its official FAQ. You should not need to pay a third party to cancel, as the official routes above list no fee.
Trials and renewals
According to the Reality Kings support site, subscriptions renew automatically after the initial term unless you cancel. Many sites offer discounted trial memberships, and these convert to a standard monthly membership unless canceled within the trial period. Its example: a monthly plan is billed every 30 days from the sign-up date. Read the terms of the exact site you joined and set a reminder before the trial ends.
If you are comparing plans before you rejoin, our Reality Kings review and Reality Kings discount page cover current offers and billing.
What happens after you cancel
A confirmation email goes to the sign-up address. If it is missing, check spam; if you cannot open that inbox, contact support and they will help verify the cancellation. The support pages we reviewed do not say whether access lasts until the end of the paid period, so use the dates in your confirmation email rather than assuming.
Troubleshooting: still charged after canceling
- Look for a second item. An add-on or extra membership can keep billing after the main plan ends.
- Check the biller name. Make sure you canceled with the company on the statement and not a different processor.
- Contact the biller. Give the date, amount and sign-up email, and ask for written confirmation that rebilling has stopped.
- Escalate carefully. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation and support cannot fix it, ask your card issuer to review it, and keep your confirmation email and screenshots.
The pages we reviewed do not publish a refund policy, so we cannot promise a refund. Ask through the contact form and describe the charge.
Privacy tips
Keep the cancellation email in a folder you will not delete. Canceling ends billing but is separate from removing your data; the contact form includes an “I want to access/delete my data” option. The same support platform and billing family is used for Bang Bros, so our guide to canceling Bangbros follows a similar path.
