Cancel Bangbros through the official portal
Bang Bros runs customer support on a dedicated support site. Its billing page has a Cancel button labeled “Manage memberships and add-ons”, which opens the membership management portal. Log in there, pick the membership you want to end and follow the prompts. The portal is a login-protected app, so we could not view its individual screens and the exact button labels may differ slightly.
Check that every item is canceled, not just the main plan. Probiller’s own FAQ notes that people sometimes keep being charged because additional membership packages selected at sign-up were never canceled.
Find out which billing company charges you
Bang Bros says its billing is discreet: your statement shows the name of the billing processing company rather than the site you joined. The welcome email you received at sign-up names that company, so search your inbox and spam folder for it.
The Bang Bros support site lists Aylo Billing US Corp. and Aylo Billing Limited among its processors, the same two companies named in the footer of Probiller’s website. A charge reading “Probiller.com” is therefore the most likely match, and our Probiller cancellation guide covers that biller in detail. Bang Bros also posts a notice for members whose statement reads Epoch or Vendo: use Epoch billing support or the Vendo customer login. Our Epoch guide explains that route.
Other ways to cancel your Bangbros account
If the portal does not work for you, use the Bang Bros billing support page. It offers live chat and an email form, both listed with hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST at the time of writing. In the contact form, choose “I want to cancel my membership”, or “I have charges I’m not familiar with” for an unrecognized charge.
You can also go to the biller. Probiller says its customer care agents can stop recurring memberships directly by phone, chat or email on weekdays, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and lists +1-855-232-9550 for the US and Canada. Details are on its official FAQ page. You should not need to pay a third party to cancel; the official routes above list no fee.
Trials, renewals and billing dates
According to the Bang Bros support site, subscriptions renew automatically after the initial term unless you cancel, and trial memberships convert to a standard monthly membership unless you cancel within the trial period. Its example: a monthly plan is billed every 30 days from the sign-up date. Set a reminder before your trial ends, and read the terms of the specific site you joined for the exact length.
For plan details before you rejoin, see our Bangbros review and the Bangbros discount guide.
What happens after you cancel
Bang Bros says a cancellation confirmation email goes to the address used at sign-up. If it is missing, check spam. If you can no longer open that inbox, contact support and they will help verify the cancellation. The support pages do not state whether access continues until the end of the paid period, so rely on the dates in your confirmation email rather than assuming.
Still charged after canceling?
- Look for a second item. A leftover add-on or extra membership can keep billing after the main plan ends.
- Match the biller. Make sure you canceled with the company named on the statement: Probiller, Epoch or Vendo.
- Contact the biller. Give the date, amount and the email used at sign-up, and ask for written confirmation that rebilling has stopped.
- Escalate carefully. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation and support cannot fix it, ask your card issuer to review it, and keep your confirmation email and screenshots.
The support pages we reviewed do not publish a refund policy, so we cannot promise one. Ask through the contact form and describe the charge.
Privacy tips
Keep the cancellation email in a folder you will not delete. Canceling ends billing but is a separate matter from removing your data: the Bang Bros contact form includes an “I want to access/delete my data” option for that.
