What is Probiller?
Probiller describes itself as an online payment solution that serves customers in over 150 countries. Its site names Aylo Billing US Corp. (Austin, Texas) and Aylo Billing Limited (Cyprus) as the operating companies, and says it handles payments for brands such as Brazzers, Nutaku and VPNHub. Probiller says a Probiller.com charge is “usually a subscription to an entertainment website”. We are an independent review site, not affiliated with Probiller, and we cannot cancel anything on your behalf.
Which sites bill through Probiller?
Probiller does not publish a full partner list. When we checked, the official support pages of Brazzers, Reality Kings, Mofos, Babes, Twistys, Digital Playground, Sexy Hub, Fakehub, Men.com and Sean Cody each named Aylo Billing as the processor and offered a Cancel login for memberships and add-ons. Bangbros lists Aylo Billing next to other processors and sends Epoch or Vendo customers to those companies instead.
Billing can also vary by country. Brazzers’ terms say Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS or others may appear depending on your location, so your welcome email is the reliable way to learn which company charged you. Our site-specific guides cover Brazzers, Reality Kings and Bangbros.
What a Probiller charge looks like on your statement
The description reads “Probiller.com”. If you joined several sites in one checkout, Probiller’s terms say the statement lists each purchase separately. A receipt goes to the email used at sign-up, and Probiller does not guarantee it can retrieve charge records more than 365 days after the subscription date.
Probiller cancel: how to stop recurring billing
Probiller states that its agents “can stop recurring memberships directly”. Its terms allow cancellation by chat, telephone or electronic or conventional mail, either through Probiller’s contact details or online with the website using the links in your receipts. You remain liable for charges incurred until the cancellation date.
- Live chat: select Start Chat on probiller.com.
- Email: use the Send Email link on the contact page.
- Phone: toll-free numbers by country are in the table below.
- On the website: use the site’s Cancel login or the cancellation link in your receipt.

Probiller’s contact pages list customer care Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST, so use the email form outside those hours. Its pages do not list required details, but it helps to have the sign-up email, charge date, amount and last four card digits ready.
Probiller refund policy
Probiller’s terms say refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested through customer support, but refunds or credits are not issued for partially used memberships. Refunds are granted at the company’s discretion and go back to the original payment method only. Brazzers’ own terms, which apply Aylo Billing’s policy, add a 120-day limit for credit card refund requests; other sites may differ, so read the terms of the site you joined.
Why you may still be charged after cancelling
- An extra package: Probiller says additional memberships selected at sign-up may not have been cancelled.
- A trial upgrade: Probiller notes a trial can include additional upgrades depending on the package chosen.
- A failed payment: if a card is declined and you have not cancelled, the terms say Aylo Billing may retry and may add an administration fee of up to $2.00.
- A different processor: the charge may come from Vendo, Segpay or another company, not Probiller.
Compare the statement with the cancellation email, which is the proof you will need.
If Probiller cannot fix it
The terms warn that chargebacks are investigated and may prevent future purchases, so try Probiller first. If a charge is still unauthorized or wrong, contact your card issuer. In the US, the CFPB says a written billing-error notice within 60 days of the statement date protects your rights. This is general information, not legal advice. For other billing companies, see our guides to Segpay and Epoch, or browse the guides hub.
