How to cancel Brazzers: the official methods
Brazzers’ terms of use list four ways to cancel. Any of them works, and the first is usually the fastest.
- Visit support.brazzers.com, go to the Cancel section and select Login.
- Log in to the Members’ Area and select Support in the footer.
- Contact the support team through the options on the support page.
- Use the cancellation link inside one of your transaction receipts.
The support page lists chat and an email form. Live agents are shown as available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, so use the email form outside those hours. We are an independent review site and cannot cancel anything for you.
Cancel a Brazzers trial before it converts
According to Brazzers’ billing FAQ, discounted trial memberships convert automatically to a standard monthly membership unless you cancel within the trial period. A monthly membership renews automatically and is billed every 30 days from the sign-up date. Cancel before the renewal date, not on it. What a Brazzers charge looks like on your statement
Brazzers uses discreet billing, so the statement description does not match the site name. You see the billing company instead, and your welcome email names it. Brazzers’ terms say that Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS or others may appear depending on your location. For Probiller, the company states that charges show as “Probiller.com”.

Brazzers refunds and chargebacks
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically return money already paid. Under Brazzers’ terms, refunds for purchases or recurring charges are requested through customer support and are not issued for partially used memberships. Credit card refund requests must be made within 120 days of the transaction, and gift card or cryptocurrency requests within 90 days. Each is reviewed at the billing company’s discretion, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Members in the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal right under the terms, subject to the waiver explained there. Brazzers also warns that chargebacks are investigated and may block future purchases, so try support first. If a charge is still wrong, contact your card issuer. In the US, the CFPB says a written billing-error notice within 60 days of the statement date protects your rights. This is general information, not legal advice.
If you cannot cancel Brazzers online
- No welcome email: check spam, then ask support to look up the membership.
- Cannot log in: use the Forgot Password link on the site you joined. Brazzers notes that numbers may be added to a username that was already taken, so check your welcome email.
- Add-ons or extra memberships: the cancel portal manages memberships and add-ons, and Probiller notes that extra packages chosen at sign-up may still be active.
- Phone: for Probiller.com charges, Probiller lists +1-855-232-9550 (US and Canada), Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
What happens after you cancel your Brazzers membership
You should receive a confirmation email at the address used at sign-up; if not, support can verify the cancellation. The pages we reviewed do not say whether access continues until the end of the paid period, so check the confirmation message or ask support. Watch your next statement for any further charge.
Privacy tips
Cancelling and deleting your data are separate requests: the support contact form has its own “I want to access/delete my data” option. Keep the confirmation email in a folder only you can access, and never share your login.
