What is Segpay?
Segpay is a payment processor headquartered in Florida that bills subscriptions for many websites. It does not run the sites. Its consumer terms say that Segpay processes your payment and that all cancellations of membership to a client website must be directed to Segpay. We are an independent review site, not affiliated with Segpay, and we cannot cancel for you.
Segpay cancel: portal, phone, email and chat
- Self-service portal: cs.segpay.com. Search with at least two of credit card, email address and purchase ID, then cancel.
- Phone: 1-866-450-4000 for US consumers, +1-954-414-1610 for international consumers.
- Email: help@segpay.com.
- Live chat: the Chat With Us icon on the support site.
Segpay’s portal states that live agents are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When you contact an agent, Segpay’s help article asks for your email address, purchase ID and the first six and last four digits of the card used at sign-up. Never send a full card number by email.
What a Segpay charge looks like on your statement
Segpay’s merchant documentation shows US charges appearing as SEGPAY.COM* followed by a short merchant descriptor, with SEGPAYEU.COM* and SEGPAYUK.COM* for EU and UK merchants. Its consumer terms also say SegpayCS.com or SegpayEU.com will appear on your card or bank statement, and that each site joined in one checkout is listed as its own purchase. Banks can format descriptors differently, so look for “Segpay” plus a short name that matches the site you joined.
Cancellation timing, trials and renewals
Segpay’s terms say that, as set by the site, memberships may renew automatically unless you give notice no later than seven days before renewal. Trial and introductory offers are exempt from the seven-day rule, but you must notify Segpay at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Individual sites can add their own rules, so check the terms of the site you joined.
If you start a free trial with a credit card, Segpay says your bank places a “Reserved Funds” hold for the plan price. After a cancellation, releasing it can take seven to ten days, and Segpay cannot remove it earlier.
Segpay refunds
Segpay’s terms say that once you can log in to the site, the membership fee becomes nonrefundable, and that if you cancel, your fees are not refundable. If a refund is issued, it goes only to the original payment method. So cancel before renewal rather than after, and keep every confirmation email. If you believe a charge is wrong, ask Segpay support and the website first.
Which sites bill through Segpay?
Many sites offer several processors. When we checked, the footers of TeamSkeet and MYLF list Segpay and Epoch, PornPros lists Segpay and Epoch, and Bang lists Segpay US and EU, Epoch and ECHST. Brazzers’ terms say Segpay may appear instead of Probiller in some locations; see our Brazzers cancellation guide. Your receipt shows which processor you used, and our MYLF review covers one such site.
Still being charged?
Send your cancellation confirmation to Segpay and the site. If a charge remains, contact your card issuer. In the US, the CFPB says a written billing-error notice within 60 days of the statement date protects your rights; this is general information, not legal advice. Note that Segpay says it may block your information across its client websites after a cancellation or refund request tied to unauthorized use, and that a past chargeback can prevent you from returning. For other billing companies, see our guides to Epoch, CCBill and Probiller, or visit the guides hub.
