Cancel TeamSkeet on the official PSM Help page
The TeamSkeet footer credits Paper Street Media LLC, which runs customer service through PSM Help. The footer of the TeamSkeet site sends members who want to cancel to its billing support page, and PSM Help’s own FAQ says you can cancel on the cancel membership page or directly with the biller. That page asks for the email and password of your subscription and then walks you through cancellation.
Its terms of service say you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your account closes on the date shown in the cancellation confirmation email, and PSM Help asks you to email support if that date is missing.
Find your billing company: Segpay, Epoch and others
TeamSkeet partners with billing processors for discreet billing, so the statement shows the processor’s name rather than the site. The footer names Segpay and Epoch as authorized processors. PSM Help’s billing support page also lists RocketGate and ECHST.NET and explains that extra charges labeled ECHST come from a third-party billing company, whose contact details are on your statement or confirmation email.
If you paid through Segpay, use Segpay customer support and read our Segpay cancellation guide. If Epoch billed you, use Epoch billing support and our Epoch guide. To update a payment method, PSM Help says to contact the billing company directly.
Check your TeamSkeet subscription and plans
PSM Help says that after you log in, Settings then Plans shows what you are subscribed to. TeamSkeet offers networks that bundle several series, so look for any plan you no longer want rather than assuming there is only one. If you change your mind, PSM Help says canceled plans appear under Plans with a Reactivate Now option.
Trials, renewals and refunds
PSM Help says a trial converts to a standard monthly subscription after it expires unless you cancel during the trial, and that subscriptions rebill at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified. The terms add that you may be charged at the start of a trial and that you must cancel before it ends to avoid the next charge.
On refunds, PSM Help’s refund policy says refunds or credits are not issued for partially used subscriptions or non-use, each request is reviewed case by case, and any approved refund returns to the original form of payment. If you joined by mistake, it says to contact customer support. See our TeamSkeet review and TeamSkeet discount page if you plan to rejoin.
Still charged after canceling?
PSM Help’s FAQ says to contact customer support if you canceled but are still being charged. Before you write, check for a second plan under Settings, then Plans, and confirm which biller made the charge.
- Email help@PSMHelp.com with the date, amount, biller name and the email on the membership.
- Ask the biller named on the statement to confirm in writing that rebilling is stopped.
- If a charge stands after a confirmed cancellation, you can ask your card issuer to review it. PSM Help warns that falsified chargebacks may lead processors to blacklist you, so only dispute genuine problems and keep your confirmation email.
Privacy tips
Canceling is separate from deleting your data. PSM Help says to email customer support or submit a support ticket on the Reptyle customer support page to request deletion, and notes you will lose access to future deals and updates. Keep the cancellation email in a folder you will not delete. A similar two-biller setup applies to Adult Time, covered in our guide to canceling Adult Time.
