What is Epoch.com on your statement?
Epoch is a payment company that processes memberships for many websites. According to its FAQ, the website you purchased from does not appear on your statement: “Epoch.com is the merchant that will appear”. That is why an Epoch.com charge can be hard to place. Epoch says billing support covers thousands of websites around the clock. We are an independent review site, not affiliated with Epoch, and we cannot cancel for you.
Your Epoch confirmation email is the best clue, because it shows the member ID and purchase details. Search your inbox and spam folder for “Epoch” before you start.
Epoch cancel subscription: step by step
Epoch’s official route is its self-service lookup. On the billing support page, enter any two of the four fields: member ID, email, username or card number. The card field accepts digits or a PayPal email address. Epoch then displays your purchases, and the FAQ says to use that tool to cancel a membership.
A member ID is a unique number for one purchase record. Epoch emails it right after payment, and an agent can use it to see the purchase history and payment details. If you made several purchases, you may have several member IDs, so check each one.
Other ways to reach Epoch billing support
- Phone (toll free): +1 800 893 8871
- Phone (worldwide): +1 310 664 5810
- Email: billing@epoch.com
- Live chat: available from the Epoch contact page
Epoch lists these as 24/7 services. If you cannot use the form because you lack enough information, the FAQ says to contact Epoch so staff can locate and cancel the membership.
Which sites use Epoch?
Many adult sites offer more than one processor, so check your receipt. When we checked, the footers of TeamSkeet and MYLF list Segpay and Epoch, PornPros lists Segpay and Epoch with Vendo as a reseller, WankzVR and POVR list Epoch and Safe Billing, and Bang lists Segpay, Epoch and ECHST. Bangbros’ support page tells members whose statement reads Epoch or Vendo to use those companies’ support links. See our guides to cancelling TeamSkeet and Bangbros, or read our WankzVR and POVR reviews.
Epoch refunds and credits
The Epoch help pages we reviewed do not publish a general refund policy for members. They do say that when a credit is issued, it is issued immediately but may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement. To ask for money back, contact Epoch billing support and also read the terms of the website you joined, because the site’s own policy may apply.
Billed again after you cancelled?
- Check the confirmation: Epoch says the cancellation email verifies the final date and amount you were billed.
- Trials: most trial memberships convert to monthly memberships if not cancelled within the trial period, so check the site’s terms and your Epoch confirmation.
- Other memberships: a second purchase has its own member ID and needs its own cancellation.
- Reactivation: Epoch says a cancelled membership can sometimes be reactivated, but a new order at the same website is often easier.
If Epoch cannot resolve the charge
Send your cancellation confirmation to billing support first. If a charge is still wrong or unauthorized, contact your card issuer. In the US, the CFPB says a written billing-error notice within 60 days of the statement date protects your rights; this is general information, not legal advice. Charges that do not come from Epoch need a different path: see our guides to Segpay, CCBill and Probiller, or browse the guides hub.
