How to cancel Adult Time on Fame Support
Adult Time’s support is run through Fame Support, the support site that Adult Time’s own pages point to and that lists Gamma Entertainment as an official supplier. The Cancel Membership page asks you to verify your information with three fields: your username, your password and the email associated with your membership. Fame Support says your username is shown in your account settings in the upper right corner once you are logged in, and that you can recover a forgotten username or password on its Forgot Password / Username page.
The page also carries a warning: if the charge on your bank statement says Epoch or SegPay, use the link provided for that company. That brings us to the next step.
Find your billing company: Epoch or SegPay
Fame Support’s billing FAQ says a charge shows only the name of the discreet biller, and nothing about the site or its content. The cancel page names two billers: Epoch and SegPay. We could not confirm from official pages which of the two applies to which members, so the name on your statement or in your confirmation email is the deciding factor.
For Epoch, use Epoch billing support, where you can look up a purchase with any two of four details, and see our Epoch cancellation guide. For SegPay, use SegPay customer support with our SegPay cancellation guide.
Other ways to cancel your Adult Time subscription
The Fame Support home page offers live chat, email and a ticket form, and advertises discreet support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its service level agreement says emails are answered within 24 hours. The billing FAQ also answers “How do I cancel my membership?” by pointing to the cancel page or by inviting you to ask support for help.
Renewals, trials and timing
Fame Support says most memberships renew automatically, and that if renewals are canceled the membership expires on what would have been the next billing date. In other words, you should expect access to last until the end of the period you already paid for, but check the dates in any confirmation you receive. We could not verify trial pricing or trial length from official pages, so read the offer terms shown at checkout and in your welcome email, and cancel before the trial period ends if you do not want it to roll into a regular plan.
If you plan to rejoin later, our Adult Time review and Adult Time discount page show how plans are structured.
Still being billed after you cancel?
- Look for another membership. Check your statement for a second charge from the same biller, and for any other site you joined at the same time.
- Cancel with the right company. A Fame Support cancellation will not help if the charge came through Epoch or SegPay and you never contacted them.
- Write to support. Contact Fame Support through chat or email with your username, membership email, the charge date and amount, and ask for written confirmation.
- Escalate carefully. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation and support cannot fix it, ask your card issuer to review it, and keep your confirmation and screenshots.
We could not find a published refund policy on the official support pages we reviewed, so we cannot promise one. Ask support directly and describe the charge.
Privacy tips
Keep the cancellation confirmation in a folder you will not delete. Ending a membership and deleting personal data are usually different requests, so ask support if you want your data removed. Do not pay a third-party service to cancel for you; the official routes above list no fee. TeamSkeet uses a similar two-biller setup, explained in our guide to canceling TeamSkeet.
