The brand is built around real-estate settings, and its landing page is clear about what is included: unlimited streaming of the full library, no ads, weekly updates and a bonus channel called House Humpers. The footer shows that the site is operated by Aylo Premium Ltd., the company formerly known as MindGeek, which also runs several of the networks we review. All performers are adults and the storylines are scripted fiction.

PropertySex stays in its lane. The scenes are built around real-estate setups. An independent review praised the production quality and the variety of performers, and noted nearly 300 performers on its count. If you enjoy a recurring setting and light plot, this is a cohesive collection.
The official page lists a bonus channel, House Humpers, as part of the membership. An independent review, however, reported that the site has no bonus sites and no comments section. We could not reconcile the two statements, so we would treat the bonus channel as an extra rather than a reason to join. One genuine strength is search. The review credits PropertySex with advanced search and filters, which makes it easier to narrow the catalog down than on sites that rely on simple tags. Video quality and player
Quality is Full HD. An independent review lists streaming files at 1080p and says there are no 4K videos, apart from about half a dozen VR scenes from several years ago that the reviewer called low quality for VR. The official page does not mention 4K or VR at all, which fits that picture.

The gap between the monthly and yearly price is the key to value here. At about $29.99 a month, four months cost roughly the same as the whole annual plan, so anyone planning to stay longer than that should compare the annual option. If you only want a quick look, the cheap trials are better, as long as you cancel before the higher rebill. Either way, write down the renewal date.
Why downloads change the math
Memberships are streaming-only by default. According to the independent review, a download add-on costs about $29.99 per month or $99.99 per year, with a generous daily cap. That means a person who wants to keep files can pay far more than the headline price. If downloads matter, look for a promotional annual plan that includes them, or consider a site where downloads are standard on full memberships, such as Naughty America.

The 7-day trial, when offered, is the better way to evaluate the site because it gives full access. The 2-day option shows only a limited selection. What older user feedback says
Comments on the independent review are mostly negative, but they date from several years ago and may not reflect today’s experience. They mention high download prices, smaller file sizes and lower quality after a management change, and one billing dispute. We cannot verify any of it, though the complaint about download pricing does match the current structure, and it is a good reason to read the plan terms closely.
Billing, privacy and cancellation
The landing page says Probiller is the trusted biller and names Vendo and Segpay as authorized processors. Payment is by card or PayPal.
