Cancel Naughty America from your account
Naughty America is owned by La Touraine, Inc., and at the time of writing its support subdomain redirects to a support portal under the La Touraine name. The general path is the same as for most subscription sites: log in to the members area, open your account, membership or billing settings, and choose the option to cancel or stop renewal. Wait for a confirmation screen or email before you close the page.
What we could and could not verify
Naughty America’s own support and account pages were not reachable from our research setup, so we have not seen the cancel screen itself. Here is where our confidence stands:
- Confirmed: La Touraine, Inc. is the owner of the Naughty America brand, and the support subdomain redirects to a portal under that name.
- Not confirmed: the exact text on card statements, which payment processor or processors Naughty America uses, the exact menu labels in the account area, and the refund policy.
For anything you cannot confirm yourself, your sign-up email and card statement are the most reliable sources.
Identify the charge before you cancel
Premium adult memberships are often billed through a payment processor, and the statement can show that company instead of the site. Match the date and amount on your statement to your confirmation email, then note the exact name used. If it names a processor, cancel with that company as well as, or instead of, the site. Our guides cover the common ones: Probiller, Epoch, Segpay and CCBill.
Each processor has official consumer support. Epoch billing support can look up a purchase from any two of four details. CCBill consumer support advertises phone, email and chat around the clock. Probiller’s FAQ lists phone, chat and email on weekdays. Use whichever name appears on your statement; do not guess.
Contact Naughty America support if you cannot cancel online
If the account area has no cancel option, use the support portal above or the support or contact link on the Naughty America website. Include your username, the email used at sign-up, the charge date and amount, and say clearly that you want to cancel and stop all future billing. Ask for a written confirmation and keep it.
Trials, renewals and timing
Introductory offers on premium sites commonly convert into recurring memberships, so read the terms shown for the offer you chose at checkout and screenshot them. Cancel before the renewal date, not on it, to leave margin for processing. For the plans and pricing on offer, see our Naughty America review and the Naughty America discount page.
Still charged after canceling?
- Look for a second subscription. Check three months of statements for any other adult-site charge, in case a bundled or add-on membership is still active.
- Cancel with the right company. Canceling on the site will not help if a separate processor holds the recurring authorization and you never contacted it.
- Write to support. Give the date, amount, biller name and your sign-up email, and ask for confirmation that rebilling has stopped.
- Escalate carefully. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation and support cannot fix it, ask your card issuer to review it, and keep your cancellation proof.
We could not verify Naughty America’s refund policy, so we cannot promise a refund. Ask support and describe the charge.
Privacy tips
Keep the cancellation proof in a folder you will not delete. Ending a membership and deleting your personal data are usually separate requests, so ask support if you want your data removed. You should not need to pay a third-party cancellation service; start with the official routes above. If you also hold other memberships, our guides hub has cancellation walkthroughs for them.
